The pla\u00ads\u00adtic is lique\u00adfied or pla\u00ads\u00adti\u00adci\u00adzed using an injec\u00adtion moul\u00adding machi\u00adne. The pla\u00ads\u00adtic is fed into the injec\u00adtion mol\u00adding pro\u00adcess in the form of gra\u00adnu\u00adla\u00adte and then injec\u00adted into a mold under pres\u00adsu\u00adre. This mold is cal\u00adled a tool and has mold clo\u00adsing forces of 150 kN to 2,500 kN. Insi\u00adde the mold, the pla\u00ads\u00adtic cools down and returns to a solid form. Once the cycle (pro\u00adduc\u00adtion time) is over, the mold opens and the finis\u00adhed part can be remo\u00adved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">The cavi\u00adty of the tool (i.e. the hol\u00adlow space) deter\u00admi\u00adnes the shape and sur\u00adface struc\u00adtu\u00adre of the injec\u00adtion mold\u00aded part. We can pro\u00addu\u00adce pla\u00ads\u00adtic parts in a weight ran\u00adge from 2 g to 826 g. Our hori\u00adzon\u00adtal and ver\u00adti\u00adcal machi\u00adnes can be equip\u00adped with hot run\u00adners, mul\u00adti\u00adple cavi\u00adties and hydrau\u00adlic core pulls. Our machi\u00adnes are equip\u00adped with CNC hand\u00adling sys\u00adtems to pro\u00addu\u00adce hap\u00adti\u00adcal\u00adly appe\u00adal\u00ading deco\u00adra\u00adti\u00adve sur\u00adfaces as well as high-gloss opti\u00adcal sur\u00adfaces with flaw\u00adless sur\u00adface qua\u00adli\u00adty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>We pro\u00adcess all com\u00admon ther\u00admo\u00adpla\u00ads\u00adtics such as:<br>\nPA \u2014 ABS \u2014 PC \u2014 POM \u2014 ASA \u2014 Blends \u2014 PE \u2014 PS \u2014 PP \u2014 PUR \u2014 TPE.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unser Spritzgie\u00dfverfahren ist ein Urformverfahren.
