The\u00adse two approa\u00adches make a signi\u00adfi\u00adcant con\u00adtri\u00adbu\u00adti\u00adon to incre\u00adasing the com\u00adpe\u00adti\u00adti\u00adve\u00adness of modern pro\u00adduc\u00adtion tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Three focal points of the project<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. mate\u00adri\u00adal inno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adon &amp; pro\u00adcess opti\u00admiza\u00adti\u00adon<\/strong><br>The use of inno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adve addi\u00adti\u00adve sys\u00adtems and opti\u00admi\u00adzed pro\u00adces\u00adses redu\u00adces both ener\u00adgy con\u00adsump\u00adti\u00adon and the need for raw mate\u00adri\u00adals. This means that pro\u00adduc\u00adtion pro\u00adces\u00adses can be made more effi\u00adci\u00adent, more sta\u00adble and more sus\u00adtainable.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. recy\u00adcling and reu\u00adse<\/strong><br>A core objec\u00adti\u00adve is the tar\u00adge\u00adted <strong>Mate\u00adri\u00adal clus\u00adte\u00adring<\/strong> \u2014 i.e. the sys\u00adte\u00adma\u00adtic grou\u00adping of com\u00adpa\u00adti\u00adble mate\u00adri\u00adals. As a result, start-up was\u00adte and rejects can be reu\u00adsed in a tar\u00adge\u00adted man\u00adner and valuable raw mate\u00adri\u00adals can be kept in the pro\u00adduc\u00adtion cycle. This signi\u00adfi\u00adcant\u00adly redu\u00adces the use of resour\u00adces and streng\u00adthens the cir\u00adcu\u00adlar eco\u00adno\u00admy.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. CO\u2082 foot\u00adprint recor\u00adding<\/strong><br>With the <strong>Soft\u00adware for recor\u00adding the CO\u2082 foot\u00adprint<\/strong> The aim is to iden\u00adti\u00adfy effi\u00adci\u00adent and qua\u00adli\u00adty-assu\u00adring pro\u00adcess para\u00adme\u00adters for the pri\u00adma\u00adry mol\u00adding pro\u00adcess of pla\u00ads\u00adtics \u2014 inclu\u00adding the rele\u00advant peri\u00adpherals \u2014 in the future.<br>The result: a data-based foun\u00adda\u00adti\u00adon for sus\u00adtainable pro\u00adduc\u00adtion decis\u00adi\u00adons.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Significance for KOMOS and the Thuringia region<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This inte\u00adgra\u00adted approach means that <strong>ReE\u00adn\u00adAdd<\/strong> not only eco\u00adlo\u00adgi\u00adcal, but also tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgi\u00adcal and eco\u00adno\u00admic impul\u00adses <strong>for KOMOS, the indus\u00adtry and Thu\u00adrin\u00adgia as a loca\u00adti\u00adon for inno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adon<\/strong>.<br>The pro\u00adject streng\u00adthens KOMOS\u2019 cla\u00adim to com\u00adbi\u00adne inno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adon and respon\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty \u2014 for a future that con\u00adser\u00adves resour\u00adces.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>We would like to express\u00adly thank the spon\u00adsors, wit\u00adhout who\u00adse sup\u00adport this pro\u00adject would not have been pos\u00adsi\u00adble:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u201cCo-finan\u00adced by the Euro\u00adpean Uni\u00adon\u201d<br>\u201cEuro\u00adpe streng\u00adthens.
