Not for a quick pho\u00adto oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty, but for a real exch\u00adan\u00adge. We spent seve\u00adral hours dis\u00adcus\u00adsing issues that are curr\u00adent\u00adly occu\u00adpy\u00ading us inten\u00adsi\u00adve\u00adly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How do we shape the future in con\u00adcre\u00adte terms?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The focus was on the big stra\u00adte\u00adgic ques\u00adti\u00adons: How do we rea\u00adlign our busi\u00adness models when mar\u00adkets chan\u00adge fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal\u00adly? How do we mana\u00adge to think bey\u00adond our estab\u00adlished value chains? And what new forms of net\u00adwor\u00adking do we need to open up new busi\u00adness are\u00adas?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eThe\u00adse are not theo\u00adre\u00adti\u00adcal ques\u00adti\u00adons for us,\u201c explains Mana\u00adging Direc\u00adtor Ant\u00adje Blu\u00admen\u00adtritt. \u201eWe noti\u00adce every day that the tra\u00addi\u00adtio\u00adnal struc\u00adtures \u2014 sup\u00adpli\u00ader here, cus\u00adto\u00admer the\u00adre \u2014 no lon\u00adger work the way they used to. We need dif\u00adfe\u00adrent ways of thin\u00adking, bol\u00adder steps, new forms of coope\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon. Ms. Boos-John lis\u00adten\u00aded, asked ques\u00adti\u00adons and unders\u00adtood the real chal\u00adlenges we face as a manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adring SME. It is pre\u00adcis\u00ade\u00adly such dis\u00adcus\u00adsions bet\u00adween poli\u00adtics and busi\u00adness that are important if trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon is to suc\u00adceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For us at KOMOS, the exch\u00adan\u00adge was a valuable sti\u00admu\u00adlus.
