      Digitalization as a shared task<\/h2>\n

      Digi\u00adta\u00adliza\u00adti\u00adon is not an IT pro\u00adject. It is not an iso\u00adla\u00adted ener\u00adgy pro\u00adject. And it is not an \u201etop-down\u201c mea\u00adsu\u00adre. It is a shared deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment task of the enti\u00adre com\u00adpa\u00adny.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Lea\u00adder\u00adship defi\u00adnes the visi\u00adon. Orga\u00adniza\u00adti\u00adon crea\u00adtes the struc\u00adtu\u00adre. Employees bring expe\u00adri\u00adence, prac\u00adti\u00adcal know\u00adledge, and ide\u00adas for impro\u00adve\u00adment. Only then does real trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon occur.<\/span><\/p>\n
