Technology is successful when it is seamlessly integrated into everyday life.

With Living Next A smart solution for modern home communication was created. For this purpose, KOMOS and Batix their respective competencies in sniQQ+ Bundled: Batix brings the digital platform and software expertise, KOMOS takes on the development and manufacturing of the hardware – precise, robust, and suitable for everyday use.

The result is an intelligent display directly at the apartment – serving as the central interface between residents and the apartment company.

No complicated technology. No additional app. But communication where it is really needed.

Intelligent hardware for modern home communication

What seems simple can often be particularly demanding technically. The device should:

  • Intuitive to use,

  • high-quality in haptics and design,

  • barrier-free to use

  • and at the same time be durable and modularly expandable.

This is precisely the strength of KOMOS: From development to precision manufacturing to the assembled assembly unit, intelligent solutions are created from a single source – manufactured in Germany to high quality standards.

Designed modularly. Developed for the future.

The modular architecture allows new functions to be flexibly added without having to rebuild existing systems. This creates technology that seamlessly integrates into everyday life – while simultaneously growing with the demands.

This is how intelligent hardware solutions are created at KOMOS that make technology intuitive to use – precisely designed and ready for series production.
