Suc­cessful con­ti­nua­tion of the fami­ly busi­ness

Sin­ce the com­pa­ny was foun­ded in 1991, KOMOS GmbH has estab­lished its­elf as a relia­ble pro­duc­tion and deve­lo­p­ment part­ner on the mar­ket and with our cus­to­mers. Mr. Man­fred Schnei­der, the main share­hol­der, has been instru­men­tal in this suc­cess.
Mr. Man­fred Schneider’s shares have now been trans­fer­red within the fami­ly as of 01.01.2020. Ms. Ant­je Blu­men­tritt is the new main share­hol­der. This will ensu­re the con­tin­ued deve­lo­p­ment of the com­pa­ny. This lays the foun­da­ti­on for a trus­ting and relia­ble col­la­bo­ra­ti­on.

Expan­si­on of the manage­ment:
Sin­ce 01.03.2020, KOMOS GmbH has been repre­sen­ted by Ms. Ant­je Blu­men­tritt and Mr. Kars­ten Blu­men­tritt as mana­ging direc­tors.

Pro­duct releases are car­ri­ed out in accordance with VDA or PPAP.
