You will com­ple­te a 3‑year dual trai­ning pro­gram at the com­pa­ny head­quar­ters in Bür­gel and the voca­tio­nal school in Son­ne­berg (in block form).

The prac­ti­cal know­ledge and skills are in the com­pa­ny and in inter-com­pa­ny trai­ning cour­ses accor­ding to the con­tents of the sub­ject-tem­po­ral struc­tu­re, such as

• Allo­ca­ting and hand­ling mate­ri­als, sup­pli­es and auxi­lia­ry mate­ri­als
• Ope­ra­tio­nal and tech­ni­cal com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on
• Plan­ning and pre­pa­ring work pro­ces­ses
• Check
• Indus­try-spe­ci­fic pro­duc­tion tech­no­lo­gy
• Con­trol and regu­la­ti­on tech­no­lo­gy
• Set­ting up and ope­ra­ting pro­duc­tion sys­tems
• Con­trol­ling the mate­ri­al flow
• Main­tai­ning and inspec­ting machi­nes and sys­tems
• Imple­men­ta­ti­on of qua­li­ty assu­rance mea­su­res

Trai­ning at the voca­tio­nal school in the lear­ning fields in the first two years of trai­ning (inde­pen­dent of sub­ject area):

• Sel­ect mate­ri­als accor­ding to appli­ca­ti­on-rela­ted cri­te­ria
• Manu­fac­tu­re com­pon­ents from job-rela­ted mate­ri­als
• Pro­du­ce simp­le assem­blies
• App­ly sys­tem-rela­ted con­trol tech­ni­ques
• Crea­ting pro­duc­tion con­di­ti­ons for poly­mer pro­ces­sing
• Main­tai­ning tools, machi­nes and auxi­lia­ry equip­ment

In the third year of trai­ning, spe­cia­liza­ti­on takes place in the spe­cia­list are­as.

In addi­ti­on, gene­ral edu­ca­ti­on sub­jects (eco­no­mics, social stu­dies, Ger­man, sport) and com­pul­so­ry elec­ti­ves are taught in all three years of trai­ning.
