- Quality control of products in the production areas
- Documentation and evaluation of the test results
- Complaint management (internal/external) and support for supplier complaints
- Creation of 8D reports and coordination of necessary measures with final effectiveness check
- Collaboration in process development and series support
- Design of the continuous improvement process with regard to process reliability
- Management of retention samples and blocked stock
- Participation in the introduction of new products and in changes to production processes for current products, e.g. through product sampling or project and tool meetings
- Creation of samples
- Planning and implementation of internal quality training
- Collaboration in the recording and evaluation of defined key figures
- Collaboration in the preparation, monitoring and evaluation of internal and external audits
- Coordination of the calibration of all test equipment and internal calibration of measuring equipment
- Successfully completed vocational training in the technical field, ideally with additional qualifications in the field of quality
- Professional experience in quality assurance & quality management
- Experience in conducting audits and in process management
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and methods
- Knowledge of the calibration of test equipment and measuring devices
- Up-to-date specialist knowledge about DIN EN ISO 9001
- Knowledge of the tasks of a QMB and internal auditor (ISO 19011:) an advantage
- Accurate and reliable way of working
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- Flexibility, communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment and customer orientation
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good written and spoken English skills desirable
- Good MS Office skills
- Familiar working environment
