Respon­si­bi­li­ties
  • Set­ting up, equip­ping and ope­ra­ting auto­ma­tic pun­ching pres­ses
  • Inde­pen­dent pro­ces­sing of pro­duc­tion orders in com­pli­ance with the spe­ci­fied qua­li­ty requi­re­ments
  • Moni­to­ring the machi­nes and the pro­duc­tion pro­cess and taking cor­rec­ti­ve action if neces­sa­ry
  • Qua­li­ty inspec­tion of work­pie­ces inclu­ding docu­men­ta­ti­on and imple­men­ta­ti­on of qua­li­ty assu­rance mea­su­res
  • Opti­mi­zing work­flows
Qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons
  • Suc­cessful­ly com­ple­ted voca­tio­nal trai­ning as a con­s­truc­tion mecha­nic in sheet metal con­s­truc­tion tech­no­lo­gy or pre­cis­i­on mecha­nic or com­pa­ra­ble voca­tio­nal trai­ning
  • Pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence with CNC-con­trol­led machi­nes
  • Advan­ced know­ledge of metal-cut­ting machi­ning
  • High qua­li­ty awa­re­ness and abili­ty to work in a team
  • Tech­ni­cal under­stan­ding and exten­si­ve expe­ri­ence in rea­ding tech­ni­cal dra­wings
  • Dili­gence, accu­ra­cy and relia­bi­li­ty
  • High level of com­pre­hen­si­on and wil­ling­ness to learn
  • Moti­va­ti­on, wil­ling­ness to per­form
