- Planning and control of machining production processes
- Optimization of ongoing production
- Independent execution of set-up work
- Construction of parts
- Programming of machine controls
- Guidance and organization of employees including the scheduling of work orders
- Participation in maintenance and servicing work
- Organization of the provision of materials and operating resources
- Planning of quality assurance measures and implementation of quality controls
- Work in 3‑shift operation, alternatively also possible in day shift
- Completed technical training (e.g. apprenticeship with a focus on mechanical engineering or CNC technician, production engineering, toolmaking technology, etc.)
- Professional experience in setting up and programming controls in the field of turning (CNC) desirable
- Technical understanding
- Good spatial awareness
- High quality awareness, analytical thinking and ability to work in a team
- Conscientious, responsible and independent way of working
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of the Fanuc control system desirable
- Motivation, willingness to perform
- Familiar working environment
- Layers:
- Early shift (Mon-Fri) 05:00 to 13:00
- Late shift (Mon-Fri) 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Night shift (Sun-Thu) 21:00 to 05:00
