Assembly and electrical testing from a single source
KOMOS combines mechanical assembly, cable assembly, contact connection and electrical testing into ready-to-install assemblies. Its own manufacturing technologies, tested components and documented processes work in harmony with each other.
Components out of a sense of responsibility
We manufacture stamping, turning, and plastic parts in-house. Supplementary purchased parts are procured, tested, and assembled into a complete assembly unit.
Integrating mechanics, cables and electronics
We connect mechanical components with cables, connectors, contacts, sensors, and electronic components to ready-to-install electromechanical assemblies.
Checking quality and ensuring traceability
Defined testing procedures, documented results, and batch-specific evidence ensure reproducible quality and reliable traceability.
Flexible assembly for different batch sizes
We design assembly processes to suit the number of units, the variety of variants, and the quality requirements – from manual workstations to partially automated processes.

Frequently asked questions
Which assemblies do you assemble?
Mechanical, electromechanical and hybrid assemblies. From simple assemblies to complex systems with electronic integration.
Do you also manufacture the individual parts?
Yes. We manufacture stamping, turning and plastic parts ourselves. We procure and inspect purchased parts. Everything comes together in a single unit – from a single source.
How quickly does the first prototype group appear?
Usually 4 to 6 weeks. The assembly planning, procurement, and initial samples are carried out in parallel to save time.
Which tests do you perform?
Visual inspection, functional testing, electrical testing – according to your specifications or developed together. Each component undergoes an end-of-line test.
Do you offer customized packaging?
Yes. We pack and label according to your specifications – for direct delivery to your line or central warehouse.
How do you ensure the quality?
Each assembly unit is tested at the end of the production line; all process data are documented in the KOMOS app. Complete traceability for audits and complaints.
What lot sizes are possible?
From prototypes to large-scale series production. We scale capacities flexibly and deliver on demand or via Kanban.
Does KOMOS integrate data and power interfaces into assemblies?
Yes. KOMOS integrates cables, connectors, contact connections and power distribution into assemblies, taking into account assemblyability, testability and electrical testing.
