Precision turned parts for stable serial processes

KOMOS manufactures CNC precision turned parts in batch sizes from 50 – economically suitable for prototypes, pre-series and small series. Modern CNC technology enables tight tolerances, reproducible quality and process-safe components.

By combining CNC machining, injection molding, and assembly, we can produce ready-to-assemble components and assemblies from a single source, if desired.

Our turning and CNC technologies

Modern CNC machines

CNC turning centers and machining centers for precise components with diameters from 2 to 65 mm. Automated processes ensure consistent quality and economical serial production processes.

Complete machining

Turning, milling, drilling and thread machining in coordinated processes. This reduces downtime and cycle times.

Tight tolerances and quality assurance

Micrometre tolerances, documented testing and digital traceability for relevant features.

Surface treatment and finishing

Deburring, slip-on grinding, polishing, coating and other finishing for functional and aesthetic requirements.

Variety of materials

Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and technical plastics – suitable for the application and the area of use.

Frequently asked questions

At what quantity do you manufacture?

From the individual component to the large-scale series. Through optimized assembly processes and automation, even small series are economically viable.

How long does it take from the initial consultation to the series part?

Significantly shorter than in tool processes: 4 to 6 weeks. Consulting and programming take 2 to 4 weeks, and the initial sample release takes 1 to 2 weeks.

What materials do you process?

Steel, stainless steel, brass, copper and plastics. Hardened, coated, anodized – depending on requirement

What tolerances can you achieve?

We manufacture with tolerances in the µm range. Diameters from 2 to 65 mm, lengths according to customer specifications.

Can you spray-dip machined parts directly?

Yes. We manufacture your precision turned parts and inject them directly into our injection molding machine. Bushings, contact pins, threaded inserts – all from one source.

How do you ensure the quality?

Every part is inspected inline; all process data is documented in the KOMOS app. If deviations occur, production stops automatically. The result: < 10 ppm error rate.

Do you also offer assembly and component manufacturing?

Yes. We assemble your machined parts with plastic, stamping and electronic components to form finished assemblies – tested, packaged and ready for delivery.
