Our injec­tion mol­ding pro­cess is a pri­ma­ry mol­ding pro­cess. The pla­s­tic is lique­fied or pla­s­ti­ci­zed using an injec­tion moul­ding machi­ne. The pla­s­tic is fed into the injec­tion mol­ding pro­cess in the form of gra­nu­la­te and then injec­ted into a mold under pres­su­re. Thermoplastic elastomers & bright parts

Ther­mo­pla­s­tic elas­to­mers (TPE) com­bi­ne the advan­ta­ges of rub­ber and pla­s­tic and are ful­ly recy­clable. They are ela­s­tic, plia­ble and fle­xi­ble at room tem­pe­ra­tu­re. The pro­per­ties of TPE allow a repea­ted forming pro­cess. Hard and soft TPE com­pon­ents can be com­bi­ned (mul­ti-com­po­nent tech­no­lo­gy).
