InnoInvest: KOMOS invests in digitalization and automation

With the sup­port of the Free Sta­te of Thu­rin­gia and the Euro­pean Uni­on (EFRE) KOMOS moder­ni­zes within the scope of Inno­In­vest its pro­ces­ses. The pro­ject streng­thens com­pe­ti­ti­ve­ness and crea­tes the basis for effi­ci­ent, future-pro­of pro­duc­tion pro­ces­ses.

Strategic investment in the digital future

The fun­ding pro­ject Inno­In­vest KOMOS sup­ports the con­sis­tent digi­ta­liza­ti­on and auto­ma­ti­on of ope­ra­tio­nal and pro­duc­tion pro­ces­ses.
Tar­ge­ted invest­ments in intel­li­gent pro­cess auto­ma­ti­on and digi­tal infra­struc­tures will make our pro­ces­ses more effi­ci­ent, ener­gy-saving and trans­pa­rent.

Pro­cess auto­ma­ti­on
Auto­ma­ted pro­duc­tion pro­ces­ses increase pro­duc­ti­vi­ty and at the same time impro­ve qua­li­ty assu­rance and the repro­du­ci­bi­li­ty of our pro­ducts.

Digi­tal infra­struc­tu­re
End-to-end digi­tal struc­tures opti­mi­ze the flow of infor­ma­ti­on bet­ween all are­as of the com­pa­ny and crea­te the basis for data-based decis­i­ons.

For us as a medi­um-sized fami­ly busi­ness, this sup­port is an important incen­ti­ve to invest spe­ci­fi­cal­ly in future via­bi­li­ty. Inno­In­vest makes it pos­si­ble to imple­ment stra­te­gic deve­lo­p­ment steps sus­tain­ab­ly — for the bene­fit of our team, our cus­to­mers and Thu­rin­gia as a busi­ness loca­ti­on.

Pro­duct releases are car­ri­ed out in accordance with VDA or PPAP.
