Digitalization at KOMOS: Into the future of manufacturing with ERDF funding InnoInvest

With the sup­port of the Euro­pean Regio­nal Deve­lo­p­ment Fund (ERDF) and the Free Sta­te of Thu­rin­gia, KOMOS GmbH is making tar­ge­ted invest­ments in the Digi­tiza­ti­on and auto­ma­ti­on of your ope­ra­ting pro­ces­ses.

The aim is to, Increase pro­duc­ti­vi­ty and qua­li­tyto opti­mi­ze pro­ces­ses and redu­ce cos­ts at the same time. With new digi­tal struc­tures, we are crea­ting the basis for more effi­ci­ent pro­ces­ses in deve­lo­p­ment, pro­duc­tion and assem­bly.

Pro­ject descrip­ti­on: Invest­ments in the digi­ta­liza­ti­on and auto­ma­ti­on of ope­ra­tio­nal pro­ces­ses to impro­ve pro­duc­ti­vi­ty and pro­duct qua­li­ty while redu­cing cos­ts.

It is a new orga­niza­tio­nal process/structure that increa­ses the efficiency/productivity of the com­pa­ny.
