Your mission
From small plastic granules, we produce precise components for a wide variety of applications.
You learn how modern injection molding machines work, how to control manufacturing processes, and what it takes to turn an idea into a high-quality product.
In doing so, you will experience how digital technologies and automation are further developing our production.
Your tasks
- You will learn about different plastics, their properties and applications.
- You set up injection molding machines and learn to control production processes.
- You understand how temperature, pressure and other settings affect the quality of our components.
- You monitor production processes and check the quality of the parts produced.
- You identify errors, analyze the causes, and together with your colleagues develop solutions.
- You work with digital production data, our ERP system, and the KOMOS app.
- You will gain insights into tool technology, development, and automated manufacturing processes.
