Description

Focus: Strategically shape procurement, sustainably increase margins, and secure quality in the long term

Our attitude

We work honestly, clearly and with respect – both as a team and in our daily interactions.
Every contribution counts, and we approach each other on an equal footing with respect and reliability.

Their mission

Procurement markets are becoming more demanding and costs are rising. Your task is to meet this development with professional, forward-thinking purchasing and actively contribute to increasing our margins.

They analyze prices and cost structures, question demands, identify negotiation opportunities, and develop more economically advantageous procurement alternatives.

In doing so, you do not think in terms of purchasing prices in the short term, but in terms of overall economic solutions in the long term. Quality, supply security, ability to deliver, process costs, and price must all be consistent over the long term.

With professional negotiation skills, empathy, and a good understanding of your counterpart’s interests, you develop reliable supplier relationships. You negotiate consistently without compromising long-term quality or supply security through short-term savings.

Their success is measurable: they improve purchasing conditions, increase our margins, and at the same time create the prerequisites for consistently high quality and reliable supply chains.
