In doing so, you work con­sis­t­ent­ly with our ERP sys­tem and ensu­re trans­pa­ren­cy and pro­cess relia­bi­li­ty through cor­rect boo­kings and inven­to­ry manage­ment, which our pro­duc­tion and deli­very capa­bi­li­ties requi­re.

Respon­si­bi­li­ties

Your tasks

  • Accep­tance and con­trol of inco­ming goods and mate­ri­als
  • Inspec­tion of deli­veries for quan­ti­ty, con­di­ti­on and accom­pany­ing docu­ments
  • Sto­rage and pro­per sto­rage of mate­ri­als, com­pon­ents and finis­hed pro­ducts
  • Orde­ring and pro­vi­ding mate­ri­als for our pro­duc­tion are­as
  • Ensu­ring the needs-based mate­ri­al sup­p­ly for pro­duc­tion
  • Pre­pa­ra­ti­on and deli­very of finis­hed goods for ship­ment
  • Pack­a­ging and labe­l­ing of goods accor­ding to spe­ci­fi­ca­ti­ons
  • Exe­cu­ti­on of inter­nal trans­port ope­ra­ti­ons
  • Loa­ding and unloa­ding of vehic­les
  • Con­sis­t­ent­ly and time­ly boo­king of all goods and mate­ri­al move­ments in the ERP sys­tem
  • Con­trol and main­ten­an­ce of inven­to­ry levels, as well as par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on in inven­to­ry counts
  • Detec­ting and report­ing inven­to­ry dis­crepan­ci­es, shorta­ges, or dama­ged goods
  • Ensu­ring order and cle­an­li­ne­ss in the sto­rage area
  • Con­tri­bu­ting to the impro­ve­ment of warehouse, mate­ri­al and logi­stics pro­ces­ses
  • Sup­port in cap­tu­ring and using warehouse and mate­ri­al data as a basis for future AI-sup­port­ed opti­miza­ti­ons

You bring exper­ti­se to the table

  • Expe­ri­ence in warehousing, logi­stics or a pro­duc­tion com­pa­ny is an advan­ta­ge
  • A com­ple­ted degree in the field of warehousing/logistics is wel­co­me, but not a man­da­to­ry pre­re­qui­si­te.
  • Truck driver’s licen­se or wil­ling­ness to obtain it
  • Safe hand­ling of digi­tal work tools or wil­ling­ness to learn how to use them
  • Abili­ty to work con­sis­t­ent­ly with a powerful ERP sys­tem
  • Under­stan­ding the importance of accu­ra­te invent­ories and seam­less goods move­ments
  • Open­ness to new tech­no­lo­gies and AI-based work methods
