Their mis­si­on

They ensu­re that our pro­duc­tion in the stam­ping shop runs relia­bly. To do this, they ope­ra­te and moni­tor our stam­ping machi­nes and pres­ses, while also set­ting up and recon­fi­gu­ring the machi­nes and chan­ging tools.

They under­stand the inter­play bet­ween machi­ne, tool, mate­ri­al and pro­duc­tion pro­cess, reco­gni­ze devia­ti­ons and, tog­e­ther with the rela­ted depart­ments, ensu­re that qua­li­ty and pro­cess sta­bi­li­ty are in line.

We are not loo­king for an appli­cant who alre­a­dy ful­ly under­stands our machi­nes and tools. Your tech­ni­cal exper­ti­se, your under­stan­ding of metal­wor­king, and your prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence with pro­duc­tion machi­nes are cru­cial. We will struc­tu­re your trai­ning and sup­port you in working with our spe­ci­fic equip­ment, tools, pro­ces­ses, and digi­tal sys­tems.

Respon­si­bi­li­ties

Your tasks

  • Ope­ra­ting and moni­to­ring our pun­ching machi­nes and pres­ses
  • Set­ting up and retro­fit­ting the machi­nes in accordance with the pro­duc­tion orders
  • Per­forming tool chan­ges
  • Pre­pa­ra­ti­on and sup­port of pro­duc­tion initia­ti­ves after set­up
  • Moni­to­ring of the ongo­ing pro­duc­tion pro­cess and ensu­ring sta­ble pro­duc­tion
  • Inspec­tion of the manu­fac­tu­red parts accor­ding to the spe­ci­fied qua­li­ty stan­dards
  • Use of appro­pria­te mea­su­ring and test­ing equip­ment
  • Detec­ting devia­ti­ons, errors and dis­tur­ban­ces in the pro­duc­tion pro­cess
  • Repair of minor mal­func­tions and ear­ly trans­mis­si­on of tech­ni­cal pro­blems when fur­ther sup­port is requi­red
  • Per­forming the plan­ned main­ten­an­ce and clea­ning work
  • Coope­ra­ti­on with tool­ma­king, main­ten­an­ce, work pre­pa­ra­ti­on and qua­li­ty
  • Acti­ve par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on in a com­ple­te shift han­do­ver through trans­pa­rent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on of machi­ne sta­tus, ongo­ing orders, dis­rup­ti­ons, devia­ti­ons, and open actions
  • Con­sis­t­ent­ly using the digi­tal pro­cess card, the KOMOS app, and ERP Inf­ra in the pro­duc­tion pro­cess
  • Com­ple­te and time­ly feed­back on rele­vant pro­duc­tion, qua­li­ty, and fault data
  • Par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on in the con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment and stan­dar­diza­ti­on of our pro­duc­tion pro­ces­ses

You bring exper­ti­se to the table

  • Tech­ni­cal or voca­tio­nal trai­ning, for exam­p­le as a machi­ne and plant ope­ra­tor, indus­tri­al mecha­nic, tool mecha­nic, or a com­pa­ra­ble qua­li­fi­ca­ti­on
  • Alter­na­tively, com­pa­ra­ble pro­fes­sio­nal qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons acqui­red through rele­vant work expe­ri­ence
  • Exper­ti­se in metal machi­ning, ide­al­ly in pun­ching and forming tech­no­lo­gy
  • Prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence in ope­ra­ting and set­ting up pro­duc­tion machi­nes
  • Tech­ni­cal under­stan­ding of the inter­ac­tion bet­ween machi­ne, tool, mate­ri­al and pro­duc­tion pro­cess
  • Expe­ri­ence with assem­bly ope­ra­ti­ons and tool chan­ges
  • Abili­ty to under­stand tech­ni­cal dra­wings and manu­fac­tu­ring spe­ci­fi­ca­ti­ons
  • Under­stan­ding of qua­li­ty, con­sis­ten­cy, and typi­cal pro­cess devia­ti­ons
