Respon­si­bi­li­ties

Your tasks

  • Set­ting up and ope­ra­ting CNC-con­trol­led and/or con­ven­tio­nal tur­ning machi­nes, as well as pro­gramming CNC tur­ning machi­nes accor­ding to your expe­ri­ence
  • Inde­pen­dent pro­ces­sing of pro­duc­tion orders in com­pli­ance with qua­li­ty requi­re­ments
  • Moni­to­ring of machi­nes and pro­duc­tion pro­ces­ses as well as initia­ting cor­rec­ti­ve mea­su­res
  • Con­duc­ting qua­li­ty checks inclu­ding docu­men­ta­ti­on
  • Feed­back of pro­duc­tion and qua­li­ty data in the ERP sys­tem
  • Opti­miza­ti­on of work pro­ces­ses and pro­ce­du­res
  • Con­tri­bu­ting to ensu­ring a sta­ble pro­duc­tion pro­cess
  • Shift han­do­ver and coor­di­na­ti­on within the team

You bring exper­ti­se to the table

  • Com­ple­ted trai­ning as a machi­ning mecha­nic, indus­tri­al mecha­nic, or equi­va­lent
  • Expe­ri­ence in CNC tur­ning and/or con­ven­tio­nal tur­ning, as well as in set­ting up cor­re­spon­ding machi­nes
  • Know­ledge of CNC con­trols (e.g. Fanuc) is an advan­ta­ge
  • Abili­ty to work with digi­tal sys­tems and ERP-based pro­ces­ses
  • Open­ness to the use of modern tech­no­lo­gies and AI
  • Abili­ty to work shifts
