Smart home solu­ti­on “Living Next” com­bi­nes pre­cis­i­on manu­fac­tu­ring and soft­ware intel­li­gence

Bürgel/Saalfeld, [date] — The KOMOS GmbH and the Batix Soft­ware GmbH have estab­lished the joint ven­ture sni­QQ⁺ GmbH foun­ded.
The aim of the part­ner­ship is to, Hard­ware and soft­ware exper­ti­se for smart living solu­ti­ons and to unite a Regio­nal, safe and easy-to-use alter­na­ti­ve to inter­na­tio­nal tech com­pa­nies.

Two partners, concentrated experience

KOMOS brings over 30 years of expe­ri­ence in elec­tro­me­cha­ni­cal pre­cis­i­on manu­fac­tu­ring and stands for com­plex com­pon­ents Made in Ger­ma­ny.
Batix has more than 20 years of exper­ti­se in the field of digi­tal solu­ti­ons, par­ti­cu­lar­ly in the are­as of IoT, pro­cess digi­tiza­ti­on and Indus­try 4.0.

Tog­e­ther, the two com­pa­nies have a strong foun­da­ti­on of Manu­fac­tu­ring com­pe­tence and soft­ware exper­ti­se — the basis for the smart home solu­ti­ons from sni­QQ⁺.

Living Next: Communication rethought

The joint venture’s first pro­duct is Living Next — a digi­tal Smart Home panelwhich is instal­led direct­ly in the home and acts as a Cen­tral com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on plat­form bet­ween ten­ants and land­lords ser­ves.
