The pan­de­mic is real­ly shaking up our ever­y­day and working lives. In the Komos GmbH we have crea­ted all the con­di­ti­ons to mini­mi­ze the risk of infec­tion so that all employees can work safe­ly under the­se con­di­ti­ons. Suf­fi­ci­ent social distancing and face masks are also in place at mee­tings and throug­hout the com­pa­ny pre­mi­ses.

We work with Scrum to fur­ther opti­mi­ze pro­duc­tion work­flows and plan­ning pro­ces­ses. Working with the Scrum method means actively pro­mo­ting team­work and spe­ci­fi­cal­ly avo­i­ding obs­ta­cles in pro­cess and pro­duct manage­ment. Thin­king simp­le ins­tead of com­plex is the mot­to for making pro­ces­ses fas­ter and more effec­ti­ve.
