We are pleased to present our latest project: The development of bio-based lightweight components with integrated functionality!

By combining customizable, lightweight panel heating systems and natural fibre-reinforced plastics (NFRP), we want to shape the future of automotive interiors — especially for electric vehicles.
Our innovative composite components (NFRP carrier and heating foil) have already reached a promising stage of development. Our aim now is to combine these basic components and develop them further in a process suitable for series production.

But our vision goes further: we also see potential for applications in the medical sector, for example in the form of a heatable stretcher. Further material optimizations and process developments are required here — and we are ready for the challenge!

We are proud to work together with renowned partners such as the Textile Research Institute Thuringia-Vogtland e.V. (TITV Greiz), the Thuringian Institute for Textile and Plastics Research e.V. (TITK), Köstler GmbH and FormCAD GmbH. Together we are driving innovation forward!
