We will be part of AgiEcoPlast from 2026 🌱

In this joint pro­ject, we are deve­lo­ping a digi­tal pro­cess twin for the poly­mer indus­try tog­e­ther with Batix Soft­ware, Lean Pla­s­tics Tech­no­lo­gies, RITTWEGER and TEAM, as well as TU Ilmen­au.

The idea behind it: make CO₂ emis­si­ons, ener­gy con­sump­ti­on, and mate­ri­al flows visi­ble during plan­ning befo­re pro­duc­tion beg­ins, rather than only after it. This way, resour­ce-inten­si­ve pro­ces­ses can be iden­ti­fied ear­ly on and repla­ced with more sus­tainable alter­na­ti­ves.

For us, this is an important step in hel­ping com­pa­nies in the poly­mer indus­try recon­ci­le eco­lo­gi­cal goals with eco­no­mic requi­re­ments and issues such as the Digi­tal Pro­duct Pass.

The pro­ject is fun­ded by the Thu­rin­gi­an Sta­te Deve­lo­p­ment Bank and co-finan­ced by the EU (EFRE).
We look for­ward to two exci­ting years with a strong con­sor­ti­um! 💪
