Description

Focus: Strategically develop clients, negotiate convincingly, and achieve ambitious growth goals

Our attitude

We work honestly, clearly and with respect – both as a team and in our daily interactions.
Every contribution counts, and we approach each other on an equal footing with respect and reliability.

Their mission

They further develop our key accounts strategically and make existing customers long-term system and development partners.

It’s about more than customer support: they identify business potential, understand technical and economic requirements, and then develop concrete solutions and new business opportunities for KOMOS and our customers.

Negotiation is in your blood. You enjoy challenging negotiation situations, understand your counterpart’s interests and decision-making mechanisms, and know how to achieve viable results with empathy, argument strength, and psychological persuasion strategies.

You will likely work in different customer organizations – from small, owner-run businesses to large corporations. You understand how decision-making processes work, recognize relevant decision-makers and influencers, and know how different interests within a buying center interact.

We set ambitious goals for growth, revenue, and margin. You take responsibility for the economic development of your key accounts and are measured on the sales performance in your area of responsibility. You enjoy pursuing challenging goals, consistently developing potential, and turning opportunities into concrete orders and measurable results.

Our working day is characterized by clear structures, transparent processes, short decision-making paths, and a high standard of economic results and reliability.

In key account management, this means for us: A good customer relationship alone is not enough to be successful. What is crucial is that we understand our customers’ requirements, develop economically viable solutions from them, and consistently pursue our ambitious goals for revenue, margin, and growth.

You will receive a clear framework for action and will take responsibility for your customers and results independently within our goals and plans.
